Startwithoneworkflow.
A Droppey pilot begins with one repetitive movement, one suitable location, clear operating boundaries, and measurable targets. Prove the workflow first — then decide whether expansion makes sense.
A focused operational test,
not a technology demonstration.
Six steps.
One measured outcome.
Define
Identify the repetitive workflow, current process, items moved, route, frequency, people involved, and operational problem.
Baseline
Measure the current distance, frequency, transfer time, interventions, handling requirements, staff effort, and relevant exceptions.
Validate the environment
Review the route, surfaces, access points, operational zones, pedestrian interaction, load requirements, connectivity, hand-offs, and safety constraints.
Configure
Configure the appropriate Droplet, workflow boundaries, mission logic, monitoring, and required Droppey Mind controls.
Operate
Run the workflow within agreed conditions while recording mission status, interventions, exceptions, and operational observations.
Evaluate
Compare the pilot with the agreed baseline and decide whether to improve, expand, pause, or stop.
Possible agreed pilot indicators. Not promises.
Clear boundaries before the first mission.
A pilot enquiry is not a purchase commitment.
Submitting the form does not guarantee pilot acceptance.
A pilot does not automatically mean deployment or expansion.
Droppey does not replace the organisation’s existing enterprise systems.
Every pilot remains subject to technical, operational, commercial, safety, and site validation.
Final scope and success criteria must be agreed with the organisation.
