Privacy Policy

Effective date: 10 February 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Droppey (“Droppey”, “we”, “our”) handles information collected through the website at droppey.com and its subdomains. Droppey is a pilot-stage AI and robotics initiative operating from Poland. Where formal legal-entity details are not yet publicly verified, they are intentionally omitted from this policy rather than fabricated. See Website operator.

1. Website operator

The website droppey.com is operated by the Droppey founding team from Poland. A formal registered legal entity may be established as the project matures. The public contact channel for privacy questions and requests is info@droppey.com.

2. Information we collect

We only collect information that you actively submit through the website, together with limited technical data required to operate it. Specifically:

  • Information you submit through the contact form (name, work email, company, job title, country, enquiry type, subject, and message).
  • Information you submit through the pilot programme form (contact details plus workflow, site, and operational details described on that page).
  • Technical data automatically produced by your browser when you visit the site (IP address, browser type, referring page, timestamps, and pages viewed).

3. Purpose and lawful basis

We process the information described above for the following purposes and lawful bases under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

  • Responding to your enquiry, pilot application, or other message (Article 6(1)(b) — taking steps at your request; and Article 6(1)(f) — legitimate interest in operating the business).
  • Operating and securing the website (Article 6(1)(f) — legitimate interest).
  • Meeting legal or accounting obligations if a formal engagement is later established (Article 6(1)(c)).

4. Service providers

We rely on the following processors to operate the website and its forms:

  • Hosting and platform: the website runs on our development platform provider under a data-processing arrangement.
  • Email delivery: form submissions are transactionally delivered via Resend (resend.com). Resend processes contact-form and pilot-form content in order to deliver an email to info@droppey.com.
  • Basic analytics: aggregated, cookie-less analytics may be recorded via Plausible Analytics (plausible.io). Plausible does not use tracking cookies and does not collect personally identifying data.

5. Cookies

The website uses a limited number of cookies. A cookie-consent banner is shown on first visit where required. Essential cookies are used to remember your consent choice and, for internal areas of the website, to keep authorised sessions signed in. No advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies are set at this time. If analytics are enabled, they run in cookie-less mode.

6. Data retention

Contact and pilot submissions are retained for the time necessary to respond to your enquiry and to keep a reasonable business record of the exchange, typically up to 24 months. Aggregated analytics data is retained on the analytics provider’s standard schedule. You may request earlier deletion at any time (see below).

7. Data security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information submitted through the website, including TLS for transport, access controls for administrative surfaces, and the use of reputable service providers with their own security programmes. No online transmission is entirely risk-free; we ask that you avoid sending sensitive personal or clinical information through the website.

8. International transfers

Some processors, including Resend and Plausible, may process data outside the country you are located in but within the EU/EEA or under equivalent transfer safeguards recognised by the European Commission. If you would like specific transfer information, please contact us.

9. Your rights

Under GDPR (and equivalent regimes) you have rights of access, rectification, deletion, restriction, portability, and objection with respect to your personal data, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Poland, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office — UODO).

10. How to submit a privacy request

Please email info@droppey.com from the address you used to contact us. We aim to respond within 30 days.

11. Policy updates

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated effective date.
