DROPPEY · TERMS

Terms of Use

Effective date: 10 February 2026

1. Website purpose

The Droppey website (“the website”) is an informational platform describing Droppey’s pilot-stage products, roadmap, and pilot programme. It does not itself constitute an offer to sell, licence, or deploy any product or service.

2. Informational nature of product and roadmap content

Any statement on the website that describes a Droplet family, a Droppey Mind capability, an industry example, a planned feature, or a future roadmap step is an informational description of intent as of the effective date above. Product plans, capabilities, timelines, and specifications may change during development.

3. Acceptable use

  • You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict the use of, the website by any third party.
  • You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its servers, or any internal areas that require authentication.
  • You must not upload malicious code, attempt to overload the site, or use automated tools to scrape or interfere with the website beyond reasonable, respectful crawling.

4. Intellectual property

All content on the website — including text, layout, design, product names, logos, and imagery — is the property of Droppey or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute it without prior written permission except for personal, non-commercial reference.

5. Accuracy and availability

We aim to keep the website accurate and up to date. Because Droppey is pilot-stage, information may become out of date between updates. The website may also be temporarily unavailable during maintenance or infrastructure changes.

6. External links

The website may link to third-party websites or resources for context. Droppey does not endorse those third parties and is not responsible for their content or practices.

7. Enquiry and pilot-form submissions

  • Website content is not a binding commercial offer.
  • A pilot enquiry does not create a purchase, partnership, deployment, or investment agreement.
  • Submitting the pilot form does not guarantee pilot acceptance.
  • A pilot itself does not automatically mean expansion, deployment, or commercial launch.
  • Commercial pilots require separate written scope, terms, validation, and agreement between Droppey and the enquiring organisation.

8. Product status

Droppey Droplets and the Droppey Mind platform are described on the website as designed, planned, or in development. Product status statements on individual pages (“pilot-stage”, “planned”, “development direction”) are authoritative for the current status of that item.

9. Limitation

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Droppey provides the website “as is” and disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement with respect to the website content itself. This does not limit any rights you have that cannot be excluded under mandatory law.

10. Governing law

Where a formal Droppey legal entity is registered, its jurisdiction of registration will govern these terms. Until then, disputes concerning use of the website should be raised in writing to info@droppey.com, and the parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve them informally before pursuing formal remedies.

11. Updates

These Terms of Use may be revised. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated effective date.
